This is a Chrono Trigger tattoo. Chrono Trigger is a game about some emo kids, a caveman, a robot and an anthropomorphic Aurthurian frog who time travel around trying to kill God. Somehow this tattoo really captures that.

That also is not at all what the game is about…try playing it, it’s worth it.
Also Emo didn’t exist in 1994 and the main character is often referred to as having a “PUNK” haircut.
All in all…beautiful tattoo!
